is a nation-wide crusade spearheaded by the Piramal Group to partner the Government in reducing the upward trend of chronic lifestyle diseases. Guided by an eminent panel of cardiologists, diabetologists and orthopedics, noted thought leaders, NGOs, industry confederations and thousands of civilian crusaders, helpyourbody was launched on August 16, 2008 by the Former President of India - Dr. APJ Abdul Kalam. Under the aegis of helpyourbody, we intend bridging the existing health divide by adopting a 3-pronged approach of Awareness, Action and Sustenance to achieve our vision of a healthy billion.
